今天帶大家去一間廉價實惠的壽司店，而且分行也蠻多的。一切從點餐起都是你自己動手，店員只是負責帶你到座位（啊，不是，可能連座位你都能自己找）他們就負責收錢結單吧。哈哈！
他們也是元氣壽司的同公司的。Today we will be bringing you guys to a low cost yet delicious sushi chain store named Uobei. The style of operation is very unique as you will doing it by yourself. The waitress probably just appear when you need to bill. They are under Genki Sushi as well.
Above is the setting of the shop, it is very convenient for having meal alone. Basically every seat have their own number. Once you enter the shop, they will provide you a card with number on. That would be your seat for meal. As for me i was given No.65
每一張座位都有一台點餐的螢幕，都是觸碰模式的。那麼妳就可以在螢幕上刷啊刷的，點啊點的。想吃什麼就點什麼～很自在的。點餐設定都有 3 種語選擇：日語，英語，華語。根本就是為旅客而設計的吧！對啊，在店裡你會發現絕大部分的顧客都是外國人～
Every seat there will be a monitor screen for you to order you desire sushi. These were all touch screen device. So, you can order what ever you want like playing on your iPad. They have 3 languages to choose from : Japanese, English, Mandarin. Yes, you will find out that most of the customers are oversea guest.

When you had press your order conformation button, your orders are being prepare in the kitchen. Once your sushi is ready, sushi will be get on to their train then send straight in front of you.
當你讓壽司們下車，準備到你的肚子前，請按螢幕上指示的按鈕，好讓電車回去廚房喔～
Once you let your sushi get off to your stomach, remember to press another button on the screen to let the densha go back to their station kitchen.

Even though the lowest sushi just priced at 108yen, but every sushi they prepared are up to standard size. Besides 108yen selection, they have also higher rank one.

還有還有，不得不稱讚的是壽司準備的時間超短的，真的是特急壽司。如果你很趕時間又想好好吃一頓，這裡很不錯～不過儘量避開中餐或晚餐時間，因為要排隊很長的！我去時是3點多所以不需排隊喔～
One thing to add on is the the speed the sushi serve is damn fast. Not just 5minutes. If you wanna have a quick meal. here is it. But better do not come on lunch / dinner time. You may want to expect a damn long que i warn you.
