這家起司塔非常注意現烤的堅持，希望能為大家獻上人生中最頂級美味的起司塔。很神氣吧！ 不懂你們有沒有發現他們店舖的設計非常簡單，就像工廠一樣。原來這是因為他們想營造如同在工廠製作一般，不會烘烤過多存量，而是根據客人點的數量現場包裝。
BAKED cheese tart is so particular with freshly baked ! They wish to deliver 'The best cheese tart' ever. Did you notice the design of their shop is just like a factory? This is because they want to make it look like factory to deliver the message where they don't bake extra units, but pack on the spot as per customers orders.
這家起司塔是採用三種起司來自北海道的函館清爽口味起司，別海區的濃厚起司及法國產出的鹹味起司混合搭配，營造難忘的美味！難怪我嚐第一口就發現甜甜鹹味呢～
至於烘烤塔皮方面，他們更是利用二次烘烤方式。為了打造塔皮酥脆紮實，先第一次烘烤塔皮，帶來放入起司慕斯後再進行第二次烘烤。這就形成了「二次烘烤法」，不簡單啊！難怪我的起司塔看起來邊緣有點黑黑地，原來是二次烘烤呢～
Three types of cheese being used by them which included Hokkaido cheese, thick flavour cheese and France salty flavour cheese. For the outer layer part, they used the method of [double baking]. Sound so professional. Yes, they want the tart to be crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside.

1. Today - Finish it under normal room temperature.
2. Cold - Put in fridge.
3. Iced - Freeze it and it may taste like ice cream.
4. Hot - Microwave it and you may taste like [freshly baked again]

If you want me to compare both the Pablo and Baked. I would say Baked cheese mousse is much softer. But for the variation , Pablo provided 6 different taste.
I would say, is worth to try both!

I saw there is a Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart in KL. After checking that is not the same as BAKED CHEESE TART ya. The shop list above din't include Malaysia at all. Seem like people tend to 'show' 'made in Japan'. (Sweat)
