有TO又有TSU，念起來有點像 TONKOTSU，就衍生了 豚骨拉麵日了！

2nd of October is known as Tonkotsu Ramen Day. Hence we visited this 32years old ramen shop in Akihabara. Do you know why there is a day called <Tonkotsu Ramen Day>? 

This is because TEN in Nihongo read as `TO` while date of 2nd read as `FU TSU KA`. Both of the reading sound like TONKOTSU when joining them, these made the day!

店家的 Menu 就貼在店門口，排隊時可以先決定好想吃的拉麵 🍜。他們家拉麵有分 8 種類，個別的湯頭都有所不同。你會注意到價錢表為什麼會迅速漸進的價格呢 ，這是因為 你可以選擇所要加入的配料。最基本款式就是面和叉燒而已，間接而上就是加入蛋／溫泉蛋 （加20円），再來就是加入他們家專有的角肉（三層肉塊）。店家推薦的當然是全部料加入的拉麵。

*省錢point :我們可以建議如果妳們兩個人去吃，一個人點全套入，再一碗點基本加蛋，然後再分給對方一些，會比較划算

The menu are all sticking beside the entrance of the shop. Hence, you may decide which to order while you are queueing. You will notice there are several price on the menu. You personalize your ramen according to your taste. The basic one will be ramen with pork slices, next on add on eggs, lastly own recipe pork thick slice. The shop recommend the add-in-all ramen. 

* Saving point : For us, we would suggest to order one bowl with all add in ramen, and another the basic one. Then, you guys may share share.
